ComXL is a locally owned Colorado web design company that began in 2009 after our founder was laid off from work. Since then, our team of web designers and developers has combined experience of more than 17 years in web design and development. Over the years, we have worked on projects of all sizes and bring the experience and knowledge we have gained to every project we take on.

We create custom, mobile friendly websites using HTML5, PHP, CSS, JavaScript, and other technologies based on what is best for your project. We design and develop larger ecommerce websites using platforms such as OpenCart and Magento. We also build WordPress websites using a variety of themes and page builders, including Divi and Elementor.

After being laid off from a 20 year IT career, Rob started a business providing SEO services and building websites. His company has designed and developed websites for Colorado small businesses for the last 17 years, ranging from affordable WordPress websites to custom design and development for startups and small businesses. His web development experience includes projects ranging from small business websites and branding to larger and more complex ecommerce websites.

Rob's SEO experience began in 2007 and has grown immensely through his work with companies like Fidelity National Title and many local Denver and rural based small businesses.

Throughout Rob's entrepreneurship journey, he has worn many hats, from owner and project manager to technical liaison, business development, sales, and marketing. Rob has been through many of the same steps and challenges that most businesses experience. This knowledge helps him connect with and understand those businesses and guide them in the right direction.

He has been a member of multiple BNI chapters as well as the Chamber of Commerce. He understands how the referral process works and has held leadership roles in these organizations, doing the work it takes to make them successful.

Although Rob stays busy helping clients with SEO and web design, he still has a creative side that needs to be nurtured. As part of that creative side, Rob has created several online video courses teaching small business owners about SEO, Nextdoor marketing, and LinkedIn.
